Two paths. One system.

Not every booking works the same way. Some guests want to pick their menu and pay upfront. Others are booking for a group and need time to collect everyone's choices. OrderMango supports both.

  • Path A: Book and pay Guest picks a sitting, chooses menus for their party, enters details, pays via Stripe. Booking confirmed instantly. Perfect for couples and small groups.
  • Path B: Book, collect, then pay Lead guest books a table for their group. They get a shareable link. Each guest picks their own menu and dietary requirements. Once everyone has submitted, the lead guest pays. Ideal for birthdays and large groups.
  • Collection deadline Set a deadline for guest submissions. Automated reminders at 24h and 2h before. Expired bookings release the table automatically.
  • Admin bookings VIPs, press, complimentary guests. Create bookings directly from the admin with a visual table picker. No payment required.

Your floor plan is interactive. Tables can be merged for large parties (the "Golden Table"), split when a 10-top needs to become a 4 and a 6, or dragged to a new position. Every change updates capacity, availability, and the booking system in real time.

  • Merge tables Combine 2-4 tables into a VIP group with a custom label. Creates a single check for the kitchen. Seats pool together.
  • Split tables Break a large table into smaller sections with custom sizes. Guests get assigned to split parts. The kitchen gets separate checks.
  • Auto-assign Unassigned bookings? Hit auto-assign. The algorithm considers exact fits first, then +1 extra seats. Respects merges and splits.
  • Capacity tracking Even capacity (base seats) and odd capacity (base + 1 extra per table). Dashboard shows availability by table size at a glance.

Emails arrive, get linked to bookings, and the AI drafts contextual replies following your playbook. It can check availability, move bookings, add guests, and process refunds. You review and send.

Every guest picks their own menu.

For held bookings, the lead guest gets a management page with a shareable link. Each guest in the party visits the link, picks their menu from your set options, and enters their dietary requirements. The system tracks who has submitted and who hasn't.

  • Per-guest menu selection Each guest picks from Carne, Pesce, Verde, or Vegan. Their choice is recorded against their name.
  • Dietary capture Returning guests? Their email is recognised and previous dietary info pre-filled. New guests enter allergens and preferences fresh.
  • Management page The lead guest sees a dashboard: who has submitted, who hasn't, and can edit any guest's choices. One link, full control.
